With over 15 years experience and holding several certifications in the IT field, Blais is a twelve-times Microsoft Certified Professional and Comptia A+ and Net+ technician and also the former Tech Lead of Staples, Futureshop and other ventures in the community. Being active in the field for several years and in the heart of the public eye, he has learned how important customer relationships are. We, at Atlas Technologies offer system setups, repairs, upgrades, data backups, hardware/software support, small networking, VHS/8mm to DVD conversions and much more with that "personal touch" that you will rush out to tell your friends and family all about!
Atlas Technologies guarantees all services performed including repairs and upgrades for 90 days. This guarantee will cover all labour and/or new/refurbished parts. If the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they can bring their system back in or have us pick up the unit to be looked at and repaired again free of charge if necessary. This guarantee only covers the services and products the customer paid for.
