Spent some time yesterday afternoon in Sarnia at the Book Keeper! Kevin Sylvester, author and illustrator of many children's books read his Most recent publication, Super Duper Monster Viewer ... What fun! Kevin has been an avid supporter of CCMF, donating to Celebrites on Canvas through the years. Kevin took time to paint a piece for 2017 's Celebrities on Canvas. Thank you to Kevin and the Book Keeper for making this happen.

A huge "THANK YOU" to the Sarnia Scotiabanks staff who sold tickets for us again this year for our 9th annual "Celebrities on Canvas" event . Ticket matching. This goes a long way to help support the programs that CCMF offers. Here Julie Lukon and Stephanie Edwards, from the Northgate Scotiabank present the cheque to office admin/fundraiser Joan Armstrong of CCMF. Without the support of our community partners, it would be hard to continue enriching the lives of the medically fragile.... more

CCMF took part in Sarnia's 2016 Canada Day Parade. Our residents from Standing Oaks participated, as did Board Members, Dave Ashdown who drove our community van. Darcy Winch and his boys, walked and rode bikes. A great time was had by everyone!
