Bought a new Toro Pace Walk behind lawnmower in May 2020. the rubber guard at the back of the mower got hit by the rotating blade and it flew just missing me and landed 30 feet away, could have caused serious injury either to me or my family! When I told Mike, he couldn't care less. He said w/o a receipt he was not interested. When I said I would call Toto Canada, he said “I don't care what you do"   If you are smarter than I was, stay away from this nut!! Do not know how he has kept his business this long, crazy!   

A few weeks ago I had trouble starting my 10.5 HP snow-blower and just about burned out the el burned out the electric starter as it was very hard to start. I took it to Mikes for service. Instead of ordering a new electric starter ($200.00) Mike put a new gear on it and also did a tune-up. He guaranteed it would start on the second pull "by hand". Today with the temp at -6 the blower started on the first pull by hand!! Great service and competitive pricing.
