We did a remote cooking class with Chef Paresh for a work group and everyone loved it. Paresh answered lots of cooking Q & A's, took us through a delicious recipe step by step and even showed us plating techniques. This is a great virtual event idea for anyone who is interested in cooking!

We had Personal Touch cater our wedding and we could have been happier! Paresh was great to work with. He helped us create a latin-portuguese fusion menu. With COVID we had to change our guest count and dinner location. Paresh was so accommodating to our change in plans. The taste was AMAZING! Seriously some of our favourite food we've had. Our guests could not stop raving about the amazing meal.

We hav a group of three couples who twice a year have Paresh come out and prepare dinner for us. It is truly a remarkable experience. Paresh fits right in with us and we have such a great evening. The food he prepares is always excellent and we can hardly wait until our next evening with Paresh.

We used Personal Touch as the caterer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased. Paresh was great to work with and helped us create a menu that worked perfectly with our theme and venue. The food was incredible, our guests could not stop raving about the amazing meal. Paresh and his staff were so professional (and kind) and kept the buffet running smoothly, even in intense summer heat. We were truly amazed by the food and service provided by Paresh and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic caterer.

Paresh provided a buffet for a recent family get together with 18 attending. The food was delicious and our guests couldn't be more pleased. It was such a treat to sit back and let Paresh cook and deliver such a fabulous meal. The food was plentiful, hot and delicious.

Paresh, We want to thank you for the spectacular meal you provided at our wedding this past weekend at the Sarnia Riding Club. With nearly 90 guests, 5 menu items and 3 types of h'ordervers, we felt this was quite a tall order. You pulled it off with ease. Ourselves and our guests were so impressed. Everyone we spoke to throughout the evening raved about how much they enjoyed their dinner. Not only was the meal delicious, it was beautifully plated and served by a fantastic team of servers. I can not say enough good things about how they assisted our family and friends with any request. The entire service was top notch, and far exceeded any expectation we had. We wish you and your team all the best, and will look forward to working with you again in the future. Thank you again for helping to make our day feel so perfect!

Just had the Friday feature - Fried Oyster on a hoagie bun with the most amazing roasted duck & mushroom poutine. Who thinks of this stuff ? Only one person - Paresh and his Staff - I'm still salivating. Best lunch ever !!

We were at our nephew's outdoor wedding in Oil City July 2016 and the meal was catered from Personal Touch. This was without a doubt the best food I have ever tasted. Once again the servers had to work in less than ideal conditions as it was pouring rain just before the wedding but everyone did an excellent job. Certainly hope I have a chance to enjoy this food again.

Today we had our first catered lunch at the office from Personal Touch. Variety of wraps and sandwiches with several Humus dishes for dipping the warm bread. Each wrap and sandwich had a unique flavor with special toppings and garnish. A totally new experience to the taste buds. Standard sandwiches will never taste the same. It was so good we ordered lunch again for this Thursday's lunch meeting.

Kudos to the chef and his team for an exciting new lunch experience.

Personal Touch catered our son and daughter in laws outdoor wedding reception August 2 2014. When they arrived it was pouring, hailing and very windy. This team had to prepare and serve their wonderful appetizers and meal under less than ideal circumstances. The food was amazing! The service was brilliant! Thank you for making this event very special for our family! We will definitely be recommending you to all.

Amazing food pretty much sums up my thoughts on this place! I strongly think you should put Sweet Home Alabama as a favourite, it was phenomenal. I would also have to say that you now have the best poutine in town by a long shot too.

Friday special was Southern Fried Chicken with Corn Bread and Collard Greens. This meal was the best fried chicken I have ever eaten, and family reunions included. My first time ever eating corn bread and it will not be my last and the greens were perfectly done.

Had a dinner party over the weekend that Paresh helped create the menu and cook for us – it was amazing! Jambalya, cajun shrimp, okra with corn and cheddar and jalapeno corn bread – it was absolutely delicious and made the evening more enjoyable because I wasn’t cooking and cleaning the whole night (and I would have never made anything that delicious!)
