Sitara is open 7 days a week including all the holidays. Sitara will be open this long weekend with our regular hours: Lunch 11 am to 2 pm and dinner 4:30 pm to 9 pm every day. If you need to reach us outside these hours, we are always at the restaurant from 10 am to 10 pm and we frequently check our voicemail messages. Happy Canada Day!!!!
