Shuck The World serves freshly shucked oysters at big or small gatherings, weddings, festivals and corporate events. The oysters are accompanied by artisanal sauces also available for order. The seasonal feast of oyster product can also feature a mix of the raw & cooked for an across the board shellfish experience.
We also offer Shucking 101 seminars presented by Oystertaker, one of Canada's leading oyster specialists, in which we train capable and efficient home kitchen shuckers.
